Stupid Sad Machiavellian Scientist

I really like drawing his face, okay? It's a hard face to draw but I like it. This probably looks better on darker monitors since I didn't go into any large amount of detail in the shadowy bits at all, really. 124 layers and 12 hours gets me no arms or hands cause I can't draw arms or hands, so Rush is just going to be horribly mutilated until I can. Sorry, Rush. I love ya. I do like how his clothes came out, though. The shadows came out much better than last time's.
